HOW TO STAY HEALTHY AND FIT DURING THE WINTER SEASON
From my opinion winter is the laziest season ever. In winters we face a very inattentive person of us, lack of energy, laziness, fear of cold, waterphobia at the time of bathing more and more..In this season you want to do something but you can’t, because of the low activness. It is difficult to stay motivated in shorter days and colder weather. But you need to keep your immune system strong, you need to take care of your health. So here we go for some important points you need to know and you should go for it.

EXERCISES
In the season of winter You have to stay energetic and active. And the best way to stay energetic is exercise. Add exercises in your daily routine system strictly. in the starting you will have so e problem like plenty of pain in arms and joint. But when you will do it regularly it is the best activity in the whole day.
BREAKFAST AND MEAL
It is said that your breakfast should be healthiest. In winters you have to breakfast like milk, dry fruits, oat’s products, egg instead of only bread & jam. Add spices in your afternoon meals. spices are heal your immune system against cold.
SKIN AND HAIR
In the whole year winter is the time when your skin become most dry and your falling hair growth is increase day by day. To get rid of this situation apply sunscreen and moisturizers according to your skin.
POWER NAP
Sleeping is the best way to give rest your mind. It charges your mind. so take 7-8 hours power nap. And if you need you take half an hour power nap in the middle of the day, its keep you energetic.
SUN SHINE
Vitamin D is the most important vitamin for your body. So sit in the sun shine for at least 20 minutes..It keeps you far from most of the disease.
FUL OF WATER
Take maximum amount of water which you can keep in.keep hydrated. water is the most essential for your body.
BE POSITIVE
And as always ,least but not the last, Keep stress away from you. be positive always. This is the vital and essential factor to keep one’s mind and body healthy.
